A K-beauty guide that starts in Canada
Mizuki (美月, “beautiful moon”) is an independent guide to Korean and Japanese skincare for people who live in Canada.

Why we exist
Most K-beauty advice online is written for shoppers in Korea or the United States. Canadians face a different set of questions: which retailers actually ship here, what things really cost in Canadian dollars once you compare stores, and how our rules differ, especially for sunscreen, which Canada regulates as a drug.
Mizuki answers those questions plainly. We explain what products and ingredients do, compare popular options side by side, and publish a monthly Price Index so you can see where a product is cheapest before you buy.
How we work
- Independent. Brands can't pay to be included, ranked or reviewed. Our editorial standards explain the rules we follow.
- Priced in CAD. Every price shows the retailer and the date it was checked.
- Honest about money. We earn affiliate commissions from some retailer links. Our affiliate disclosure explains exactly how.
- Not medical advice. We write about cosmetics and everyday skincare. For skin conditions, see a pharmacist, doctor or dermatologist.
Who we are
Mizuki is written and maintained by the Mizuki editorial team. Press and partnership questions go through our press page; everything else through contact.
