Rice Toner
C$22.22 for 150 ml at YesStyle, which is C$14.81 per 100 ml, about 77% above Round Lab's lowest. YesStyle and KBeauty Canada list the same 18 ingredients, starting with rice extract, and no fragrance.

“Best” here means cheapest per 100 ml among the Korean toners we track, with store availability and whether we could verify the ingredient list as tie-breakers. It doesn’t mean best for your skin. We haven’t tested these toners, and we don’t rank on ingredients, because a printed list shows what’s in a product, not how much or how it performs.
Prices are the lowest in-stock price we found in the October 2026 Price Index, each checked on the date shown there. Our editorial standards explain how we work. We earn a commission on some links, which doesn’t change the order: every toner is sorted by price per 100 ml regardless of commission.
What the ranking shows
Round Lab and Anua are within 2% of each other per 100 ml at their cheapest stores, but only if you’re happy to order Anua from overseas. Buy both from Canadian stores and Round Lab is about 21% cheaper per 100 ml. Our Anua vs Round Lab comparison goes through the numbers.
I’m From’s rice toner is the priciest per 100 ml. Its ingredient list comes from two retailer listings that match each other, because we couldn’t find an English list from the brand.
Hada Labo’s Gokujyun Premium Lotion, a Japanese lotion we also track, isn’t ranked because this list covers Korean toners. At C$12.12 per 100 ml from YesStyle, it would sit between Anua and I’m From. Its prices are on the Hada Labo page.
