Korean skincare gifts in Canada, priced (2026)

Buying Korean skincare for someone else is harder than buying it for yourself. You don’t know their skin, you don’t know what’s already on their shelf, and most gift guides you’ll find price everything in US dollars and assume you can order from a US store. This one is for shoppers in Canada. Every pick below has the lowest price we found at a store that sells to Canada, the cheapest store that ships from inside Canada, and whether the ingredient list includes fragrance.

We haven’t tested these products, so we don’t call any of them “the best”. They’re sorted by price, from our Price Index, and everything about them comes from published ingredient lists and store pages. We don’t sell skincare. Some of the stores pay us a commission, and that doesn’t change the order. See how we make money.

What’s a good Korean skincare gift under C$20?

The cheapest full-size pick in October was mixsoon Bean Essence (50 ml) at C$10.19 from Lakinza, checked 10 October 2026, as a promotion marked down from C$44.00. Ten of the products we track cost under C$20 somewhere, including COSRX Snail 96 Mucin Essence, Round Lab’s Dokdo Toner and Beauty of Joseon Glow Serum.

Two things to look at before you pick one. The lowest price is often at Stylevana or YesStyle, which ship from Hong Kong; the second line shows what you’d pay at a Canadian store instead, and the gap can be several dollars. And under C$20 is a good stocking-stuffer price, but these are full-size bottles, not minis.

What can I get for under C$30?

For C$20 to C$30, the cheapest pick in October was Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask (20 g) at C$20.09 from Stylevana, checked 5 October 2026. This band has the products people tend to treat as a splurge: Torriden’s hyaluronic acid serum, Biodance’s overnight sheet masks and Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream.

Can you buy a full Korean routine for under C$50?

Only at one store in October: Stylevana, at C$40.47 for a cleanser, an essence and a moisturizer, checked 5 and 10 October 2026. It ships from Hong Kong, and C$40.47 is under its C$68 free-shipping minimum, so shipping is added at checkout. The cheapest Canadian store for the same three steps was KBeautyMart at C$55.97.

We priced a three-step routine at every store: one cleanser, one toner or essence, and one moisturizer, choosing the cheapest of the products we track for each step that the store had in stock. Buying all three from one store means one shipping fee and one delivery date, which matters more for a gift than saving a dollar on one item.

In-stock shelf prices from the October 2026 Price Index, before tax. Only stores that had a product for every step in stock are shown.

If you’d rather keep it under C$50 and buy in Canada, drop one step. The routine order guide explains which steps matter most.

Which picks are safest for someone who doesn’t like scent?

Four of the products above list fragrance: Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil, Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream, Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and Melano CC Vitamin C Essence. COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser lists tea tree leaf oil, an essential oil with its own smell. Every other product with a published ingredient list lists neither.

Don’t read too much into where fragrance sits on the list. Canada’s rules let it be listed at the end whatever the amount, so Medicube’s 48th of 48 doesn’t prove there’s very little. The Anua oil lists it 6th of 22. If the person you’re buying for has sensitive skin or dislikes perfume, the picks marked “No fragrance listed” are the safer choice. Our guide to reading a Korean ingredient list explains how the order works.

Melano CC’s list comes from a Japanese quasi-drug label, which prints the active ingredients first and the rest after, so its fragrance position isn’t comparable with the others.

When do I need to order to get it before Christmas?

To be safe, order from Stylevana by Friday 4 December 2026, or by Monday 14 December if you pay for express shipping. Canadian shops give you about another week. These dates assume the slowest delivery time each store states, plus its stated processing time, and count back from Wednesday 23 December so the parcel is there before Christmas Eve.

Store Ships from What the store says Order by (slowest case)
Stylevana, standard Hong Kong Ships within 24 hours, then 6–12 business days Fri 4 Dec
Stylevana, express (C$25) Hong Kong 3–6 business days Mon 14 Dec
Kiokii Markham, ON 1–3 business days to process, then 4–7 to deliver Wed 9 Dec
Sukoshi, to ON or QC Toronto, ON 1–3 business days to process, then 2–4 to deliver Mon 14 Dec
Sukoshi, to BC, AB, MB, SK or NS Toronto, ON 1–3 to process, then 3–6 or 4–6 to deliver Thu 10 Dec
Chuusi, to ON or QC Vancouver, BC Ships the next business day, then 4–5 to deliver Tue 15 Dec
Chuusi, to BC or AB Vancouver, BC Ships the next business day, then 2–3 to deliver Thu 17 Dec

Stylevana’s own advice in 2025 was to order in-stock items by 12 December. That’s later than our date because it isn’t the slowest case. If the gift matters, use the earlier one. It hasn’t posted a 2026 notice yet.

We couldn’t read YesStyle’s delivery times for Canada: its shipping table only loads in a browser. Its shipping page does say Standard and Premium Standard parcels go “via the Post Office”, which means Canada Post delivers them here, and that Express goes by courier (UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL). For a December gift from YesStyle, order in November or pay for Express.

Canada Post’s own 2026 “send by” dates for a Regular Parcel are 10 December across the country, 16 December within a region and 21 December locally (Canada Post holiday sending guidelines, October 2026). Those are for parcels mailed inside Canada, so they apply to Canadian shops that use Canada Post, not to parcels coming from Hong Kong. Postal workers ratified new agreements in June 2026 that run to January 2029, so a repeat of the 2024 and 2025 strikes looks unlikely this year.

Last-minute: which stores deliver fastest inside Canada?

If it’s already mid-December, buy from a Canadian shop close to the person you’re giving it to. Chuusi quotes 2–3 business days to BC and Alberta and ships the next business day. Sukoshi quotes 2–4 business days to Ontario and Quebec, and offers same-day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area through Flashbox, according to its shipping policy.

Every product in the lists above shows its cheapest Canadian store on the “Ships from Canada” line. That price is usually a few dollars higher than Stylevana or YesStyle, and in December it’s often worth it.

We don’t yet track what’s on the shelves at Shoppers Drug Mart or Sephora stores, so we can’t tell you which of these products you’ll find in person. If you’re heading to a mall on 23 December, check the store’s website for stock at your location first.

Why there’s no sunscreen on this list

Korean sunscreens are some of the most-gifted K-beauty products, and Beauty of Joseon’s own holiday guide features one. We left them out on purpose. In Canada, sunscreen is regulated as a drug or a natural health product, and many popular Korean sunscreens have no Canadian approval number. We explain the rules in our sunscreen guide.

If the person you’re buying for asks for a sunscreen by name, check our list of Korean and Japanese sunscreens that do have a DIN first.

Are gift sets cheaper than buying the products separately?

Sometimes, and rarely by as much as the box suggests. We’re adding gift sets to the November Price Index so we can compare each set’s price with the same full-size products bought separately. Until then, a quick check: add up the full-size prices from the lists above, then compare that with the set. If the set is mostly minis, compare price per millilitre instead.

How we chose and priced these

  • What’s included: every product in our Price Index that isn’t a sunscreen and was in stock at one or more stores selling to Canada in the October 2026 run.
  • Order: by the lowest in-stock price, cheapest first. Not by popularity, commission or our opinion.
  • Prices: shelf prices before shipping and tax, checked on 5 and 6 October 2026. The lists update when the November index runs, and we’ll refresh the dates above then.
  • Scent check: read from each product’s official ingredient list, as recorded on its where-to-buy page.
  • Not tested: we haven’t used these products for this guide, so nothing here is a review.

Questions people ask

When should I order from Stylevana to get a gift before Christmas 2026?

By Friday 4 December 2026 for standard shipping, which Stylevana quotes at 6 to 12 business days from Hong Kong, or by Monday 14 December with express (3 to 6 business days, C$25). Stylevana's own 2025 advice was 12 December, which isn't the slowest case.

What's a cheap Korean skincare gift in Canada?

In our October 2026 Price Index, the cheapest full-size pick was mixsoon Bean Essence (50 ml) at C$10.19 from Lakinza, a promotion marked down from C$44.00. Ten products we track cost under C$20 at one or more stores selling to Canada, including COSRX Snail 96 Mucin Essence and Round Lab Dokdo Toner.

Is Korean sunscreen a good gift in Canada?

Be careful. Sunscreen is regulated as a drug or natural health product in Canada, and many Korean sunscreens have no Canadian approval number, so we leave them off gift lists. If someone asks for one by name, check our list of Korean and Japanese sunscreens that carry a Health Canada DIN.
